When the legislative framework is favorable, parking-space management of public roads is increasingly being outsourced to private enterprises.

On behalf of the local authorities, APCOA assumes responsibility for installation and supervision of Pay & Display machines on public roads, supervises parking compliance and also deals with the collection of fines and towing and impounding vehicles.
